GOLD services include multiple workshops that are designed to cumulatively build capabilities over a discreet period of time. For example, in the case of a program designed to build capabilities among a group of student leaders over 12 months, the delivery schedule may involve one workshop each term. GOLD services also include one-day and two-day "mini conferences". Mini-conferences are carefully curated and focus on peer-to-peer learning, connection and problem-solving for ~6-12 hours. For example, mini-conferences form an ideal external component of training and development programs for new student leaders in high school and university college settings. GOLD services come with virtual mentoring to support reflective practice among participants.
SILVER services include discreet 90-minute, three-hour and full-day workshops. For example, some of the Advanced Career Essentials workshops (e.g. How to succeed at APS interviews) are best delivered over a minimum of three hours to accommodate discussion, reflection and role play. Similarly, like the workshops for teachers and leaders, most of the workshops that can be co-designed with schools, colleges and other organisations can be delivered across 90-minute, three-hour and full-day workshops.
BRONZE services include discreet 60-minute workshops. For example, most of the Career Essentials workshops can be delivered in this format. Similarly, some of the workshops on AI and recruitment, and AI and the world of work can be delivered as introductory "primers" on these topics as part of focused 60-minute workshops.
RECRUITMENT services are provided within the standard fee arrangements for bundled and unbundled services provided for under the People Panel: Recruitment and Search Services Panel (Phase 1) administered by the Commonwealth Government Department of Finance.
