Jeremy’s breadth of experience across legal practice and legal recruitment, community services, education and government has resulted in a unique capacity to synthesise ideas in surprising yet meaningful ways. Recognising relevant historical, social, economic and civic contexts, Jeremy understands the impact that contemporary structural forces are having on institutions and the world of work.
Values, technology, remote work and a growing emphasis on skills are changing the world of work and vice versa. This made Jeremy eager to cultivate his own practice, one that would intersect his expertise (and the expertise of key collaborators) with the work required to build relevant capabilities among young adults and meet the requirements of contemporary and future employers. Jeremy believes that what helps young adults thrive in the world of work (and what leads to a successful hire) is a strategic, research-driven approach to building young adults' capabilities while designing practical, outcomes-focused solutions to recruitment activities.
Choosing to bring these things together and specialise in building capabilities and strengthening teams through practical advice and action means that Jeremy is completely devoted to working towards both capability-development among young adults and better recruitment practice, and that he will work towards improved outcomes on behalf of others as if they were his own.
That is the energy that sets Jeremy apart.
