Meet Jeremy
Jeremy Boland brings more than twenty years’ experience across recruitment, educational leadership, legal practice and professional development. He has recruited lawyers across government and private practice, designed values-based recruitment systems, served on dozens of Commonwealth selection panels and led residential college communities.
Alongside Brilliant Careers, Jeremy continues to teach at Melbourne Law School. His experience designing and facilitating education and training informs an approach that connects sound selection with effective induction and ongoing development.
Jeremy believes successful recruitment is built on relationships, integrity and careful judgement, not simply matching skills to a position. Every search is approached with discretion, professionalism and a genuine commitment to finding people who will strengthen the communities they join.
